Sims 4 Actions stuck on queue and cannot delete, sims cannot move

HELP!!!! My sims game was completely fine but then this problem arised somehow, I repaired the game thrice and it still hasn't worked, updated it many times, typed in 'resetSim ___ ___' and when I travel to a different lot, it's all fine for a minute but then again, it repeats the same problem. I think my cc is fine because I checked every file to see if they're safe or not and plus my cc was running fine along with every game before this situation ;o My sims just won't move whatsoever :c, I cancel my actions but it will continue to show to action with an 'x' and it wouldn't actually cancel it :c, I evicted my sim and then moved in the same sim in a new game and the situation hasn't progressed, this happens with every one of my sim, idky it happens omll  pleasee, help meeee!!!!
