Please STOP creating new threads about this issue, I've already merged 6 together now. Also, I've removed personal information like ordernumbers as this is a PUBLIC FORUM.
As mentioned you will not receive a product key or an activation key, your game has just been added to your Origin account.
Now, please check that you are looking under "All Games" and NOT under "installed games" in Origin.
Should there be a mistake and the game is not under "All Games" you should contact a person from EA who can look into your account:
