Sims 4 active sims freeze up

my sims i am playing freeze up and wont do anything until i bring up a pop up text box (ie save). I have tried resetting my sim but this doesn't work....

Try to disable Origin in game. Also your graphics driver is very old go to nvidia.com to update it.

    thanks, i found the new driver for my card, hopefully this fixes the issue 🙂

      My sims are still freezing up... no idea why...

      updated my driver

      updated my CC

      reduced to a lower quality graphics...

      grrrr
