Sims 4 and disappearing topics?
So, no, I have my play button working as intended. The game simply refuses to start. I've been in line to chat with support for over 20 minutes (with it showing 5-10 minutes wait time throughout) There were several topics about this earlier but they seem to have fallen off the face of the Earth. Is EA trying to do a cover up on yet another botched launch? I sure hope not, but that's what it looks like. Can we get some official information about when we'd be able to play the game we paid for instead of yet another deleted topic? People aren't as stupid as you make them out to be and thinking they are is definitely insulting. At this point, I'm quite ready to simply ask for my money back. Heck, I'd expect some kind of compensation for the frustration this has caused so far... never mind waiting for 3 hours to try out a game at launch and it still not working and there still not being any kind of official response to why there are issues and when they'll be resolved... or heck, an official response that EA/Origin is aware of the problem and working on it without an ETA would be nice, too, or are we going to run the same kind of information blackout that happened for SWTOR and the SGRA?
