Sims 4 Audio isn't Working
I just downloaded my Sims 4 game and the audio doesn't work. I've checked my volume and mixer but those seem to be online. There is no music, sounds, or voices for the Sims. Help!

I have the same problem and I've updated my audio drivers. Any thoughts?
Audio works fine for everything else.
Also doesn't work with the Create a Sim demoDid you try playing around with the sound settings in the options ?

Where are my sound/audio drivers?? I'm having the same issue of absence of audio, so I wanna give my sound/audio drivers a shot.
In your device manager or maybe there's some kind of software installed on your computer.

My sound drivers are updated. (BTW, I haven't checked to see if it's not working on other games.) It's also not working on my Sims 3, so maybe it's a problem with something else?
