Sims 4 black screen when selecting anything in build/buy

Everytime I select anything in build/buy the screen goes black. If I tab to the desktop and then back the screen will be back but anytime I click anything including options or switching to live mode ...

UPDATE: This fixed it for the moment! 

I was reading throug bug fixes on this site and downloaded the Nvidia driver they sugested (found here). That fixed the black screen when placing objects bug for the moment. We'll see if it comes back after some game time.

I'm running:
windows 8

Nvidia GTX 660 graphics card

    I just did the same cuz I have the same graphics card that u have and finally it's look like working

    Yesterday I downloaded the Nvidia driver and I played all the day but today I start to have the same problem again 😢 it's look like nothing can fix for real this problem

    I'm running windows 8.1
