'I'm not useing a nvidia
I understand that, I was just hoping that you could use the instructions I gave to get your computer to recognize the video card.
If you prefer not to delete the Config.log file, rename it for temporary - something like Config1.log should work, or move it to the desktop.
Set your video card as default in it's manager.
Run the game to the Main Menu and exit the game.
Check the new Config.log file in the Sims 4 folder to see if it's detecting your video card.

I dont know how to change my card to default. I know in the manager instead of intel the radeon is all that shows up. Also all I have is AMD radeon settings. I dont have that config program thing it's supposed to have

There has been technical issues since I got a replacement card a few months ago. I swear this one is somehow faulty.

@sjdecheske 10.9 Gb is not nearly enough free space on the system storage device. You either need to get a larger system drive or free up space. The Windows operating system bloats - it is what it does.

Thank you for sharing your DxDiag.
There might be a new video driver. Yours was last updated in mid May, so that's something you can check.

Does this happen with any other games you play?
Have you tried resetting Sims 4?
Move the Sims 4 folder, out to the desktop, and rename it Sims4_Backup. Launch the game again so it makes a new Sims 4 folder. Play a new save.
If it loads and/or plays well, you can start putting files and folders back.
If it's still giving you issues, then do not save it.
List of files and folders to put back:
- Options.ini (User game settings)
- Tray Folder (Sims/Houses/Commercial lots and rooms)
- Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
- Rest of the save games, if any.
(leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave. It is not used anymore.)
- Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, and makeup
- Mods (Put these back one by one to make sure they all still work)The other thing that comes to mind is that I've read where newer video cards get this message quite often, but still can play the game. However, they have to play in Windowed mode. I'm not sure why that is though.
- Maybe @crinrict can tell us if this is true or not.

No just sims 4. It never did this before. I also checked for updates. It just gives me an optional one which if I remember correctly breaks my pc

Ah okay. That sounds very familiar. Would you be willing to try uninstalling the video driver, download it again and install it?
I had to do this recently, and fixed my video card issues.
Something else to try is what Roberta591 mentioned. Moving the Sims 4 game to a different drive. As the drive it's on doesn't have a lot of space left and could be causing issues.

Wait so if I reinstall my driver could it fix all my card problems? Cause some games used to run smoothly and lag free and now its lagging alot now.

Yes, it may help the issues your having with your video card. It did with mine. Sometimes reinstalling the current driver or even rolling back to a previous driver seems to help when your having graphics issues.

how do I do it with radeon?
I made sure I had the driver backed up first. If you don't then you might want to go download a new copy.

** You mentioned that the current drivers may mess up your system. Try the older driver - Adrenalin Edition 18.5.1.
Here's a couple of How tos with photos that might help the uninstall/install process:

that was the update that broke my pc but turns out I must of made a mistake cause it worked out fine. Now to test sims
Edit: It did not work at all :/

Could this error I got when I updated radeon have anything to do with sims not working? I get this error when I update. Saying the update was partially installed
- 7 years ago
I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it. Same issue
- 7 years ago
I was just wondering. I had to reset my computer a long time ago but I took out the save file and then put it back. I was wondering if that old save file could be causing this problem some how
- 7 years ago
You know, it could be. Try it without the old save to see if that helps. Come to think of it, I remember getting a similar error.
Here are links to articles that Crinrict wrote that may help with the issue.

Since this thread is somewhat old can you confirm that you are still seeing the same error.
Please post a DxDiag. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
