Sims 4 censorship issue...HELP!

Hoping somone can help me out here .... When any of my sims use the washroom or have a shower the area that gets censored is a lot bigger than I think it should be ... like as big as the whole bathr...

Did you apply some shady fixes to your game ?

I would try reinstalling the entire game or repairing it.
