@xMutilated Try reverting to previous versions of the affected saves. If those versions are from before the update, then at the very least, the sims should be wearing their custom content again. You may want to use the manual method and make a backup copy of the entire saves folder as well, in case you need the old saves at some later point; you'd also then be able to freely experiment on the previous versions of the saves knowing you could restore one of the backups if necessary.

Hopefully, this will fix the Snowy Escape issue as well. Since you said the world works for a new save but not the existing ones, it's possible that the repair fixed the underlying issue, but the instance of that world in existing saves was already corrupted.
If the sims still can't travel to the SE world though, try temporarily disabling the pack in Origin:

Load an affected save with SE disabled, use "save as" and rename the save, quit, reenable SE in Origin, load the save, and see whether the sims can travel to the world.
