Sims 4 City Living Making My Sims Stuck

Ever since I downloaded sims 4 city living, my sims get stuck. I've uninstalled everything out of my mods folder and still have this problem.If anyone knows what to do please respond as soon as possi...

So  I had an issue where my sims in the sims 4 would like get stuck while doing interactions or just standing there. Then I contacted EA about it and they helped me fin a solution which was (my saves files were messed up) Yesterday I played for a good while and the game was fine. But today I had to change my save files again. Does anyone know why my save files may be messing up other than because of cc. I have removed my cc and still had this problem, if anyone knows what the cause of this may be please reply as soon as possible! ☹️
