Sims 4 City Living

@Simsgirl955  I've moved your post to the Sims 4 PC tech section.

Please pull your Sims 4 game folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  Then repair the game in Origin: open your Origin library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  Launch the game, which will create a clean game folder, and see whether the content is back.  If it is, you can move the contents of Saves and Tray, as well as anything else you'd like to keep, from your old game folder to the new one.  Here's an explanation of everything you'll find in the folder:
