i really dont feel comfortable putting my computers info out there....

@TheMelodyPheles There's nothing in a dxdiag that could be used to identify you or your computer, unless you happened to pick a really specific machine name. (You can delete that if you want; it's right at the top of the dxdiag.) If you're not willing to post the info, then no one here can help you: without something to go on, we'd all be guessing and almost certainly wasting our and your time.
The other alternative is to take the computer to a shop and get it tested by a professional.
