@TheMelodyPheles Try installing a new driver for your graphics card. The one you currently have installed is from 2010, so even this quite old one from 2016 may work better.

By the way, that's an access violation, a very common error that's not necessarily a sign of anything wrong with your system overall. It is for example the kind of crash you might see if a corrupt or outdated mod prevented the game from loading properly.
