Sims 4 counters (not cc) script failed

When I try to install counters that are supplied by the game, the game only lets me put the ones that counters supports the used of chairs and not the ones used to put against the walls. And have idea why? And I have used the batch fixed used by s4s(Sims 4 studio).

    I know that you say this happens for not cc, but can you please try removing all your mods anyway and see if the game works better.
    For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.
