Sims 4 crash after update of October 2024

I updated my game and now my game will not load but it goes straight  to the worlds and allows me to pick a world and when when i select the sim house i want to play it just goes back to the worlds. I've deleted %temp% files and restarted game. I've cleared cache. but nothing. I included the Dxdiag1.please help

  • @KokoMDime  Your dxdiag (and thanks for providing it) lists a pile of generic Windows update errors, so please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:

    • Hit Windows key-X
    • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
    • Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
    • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
    • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
    • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
    • Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
    • Post the message you receive here

Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.  If any install, restart again afterwards.

For the Sims 4 issue, can you load a different, previously unplayed household in the same save?  What about a new save?  Please test both and let me know.  And please test with no mods or custom content, at least for now.

If you get an error when trying to load a household, please post a screenshot.

Thank You and its working without the mods but it will not work with the mods. So what should I do to fix the mods?

@KokoMDime  Yes, you provided the info I wanted, and sfc did its job.  For your mods-related issue, you'll need to remove anything not updated for patch 1.110, or anything that's supposedly updated but isn't working for you.  Start here:

For anything not on the list, you'll need to test yourself.  If you have a lot of files to sort through, the 50/50 method can make the process much more efficient:
