Hi there cheers for replying, dont know why my driver was so old, Geforce app said it was the latest, anyway i updated to the most recent i could (472.12), same problem sadly, ill attach the dx.diag
@sunderz16 WsAppService.exe is not a Windows core file. This belongs to Wondershare software. It has been reported to use up memory. Several users reported problems went away after stopping this service. You may need admin rights to uninstall. I recommend if you don't need WonderShare software that you remove this service as uninstalling the WonderShare program doesn't remove it. At the very least you have to find what is starting the program (maybe set to auto start) and stop it from runing.
