Sims 4 crashes during the loading screen

My computer is capable of playing this game. I have a 15-inch Macbook Pro (2017). At first I thought it was some of my script mods, so I updated all of them and got rid of meaningful stories. I thought it was the new mods I added so I got rid of them. I disabled my mods and it worked...briefly. I can get pass CAS and place them into the house but I can not get to gameplay. Im...so tired...EA pushes for a game to be released with all of these bugs. I feel so bad for the devs...I feel bad for Maxis.

  • @MCRidin88  I've moved your post to the Mac section.

Does TS4 crash if you play with a completely clean game folder in place?  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, launch the game, and a new folder will spawn with no content.  Try to start a new save, and let me know whether it works.

If you've been getting any error messages, please post those too: the exact code is important here.

I am not getting an error code but I do have my last crash text. I am playing my game on Windows through Bootcamp.

  • @MCRidin88 removed my mods folder and took out the ones that were supposedly causing conflict and put them back in. It crashed. So my game cant use mods at all. Which is very bad...

@MCRidin88  It's not that you can't use mods at all, it's that a lot of mods are now broken.  The Mod Conflict Detector isn't going to catch everything; you'll need to sort through the mods yourself.  You can test them in batches in your new game folder; any batch that causes another crash needs to be split and tested again until you find the problem file(s).
