As suspected you seem to have an out of RAM crash... Best thing is to get more RAM and update the the 64 bit version of your windows.
Try keeping your screenshots folder as clean as possible. And give updating your graphics driver a try:

Also 32 bit versions of Windows are known for out of RAM crashes.

My ADM was and still theoretically the newest version and I downloaded gamer evolve edition but this neither help me out.And when I go to the play button with my household the game crashes and says, ,,unknown software exception (0x80000003) this place: 0x0047bfa2. :/ Okay, then I try to erase the screen resolution to optimal then still crashes and back and STILL crashes when I go to play.It's getting worse. ☹️ I think I delete the gamer evolve edition and then sit on my butt and try to figure out how to fell off the 3rd floor. :D :/ Anything that will help?
Aye, Y'know, very well could. Just remember, that with any of the sims games you should get into the habit of frequently saving the game, because well y'know ... 🤞
I always save about 5-10 minutes but please believe that the problem is SOOO annoying! :/ I'm wondering that can I update my 32 bit to 64 bit.If I do that will my game stop crash? :/ What did you guys say? Change to 64 bit or buy more ram to PC?Will the problem be solved if I buy more ram to 32 bit?anyway can the 32-bit system handle more than 4 gb rams?
