Part 2 is missing and was probably eaten by the spam filter.
Since that contains your graphic card, I can't make any suggestions right now.
I'll get back to you once I find out what happened to that post.

Sorry about the spam filter, the post has been reinstated now.
Before any other steps forward, something else that stands out is that the intel chipset is using drivers from 2011. To start with, please update them.- 11 years ago
I am currently updating any drivers and chipset that needs updating. I didn't know it had been that long. Usually my dad would help me figure out what needs updating. So that means it hasn't been updated since long before I even received the laptop, which was on 4/20/2012 (My eighteenth birthday present/graduation gift), and that is really sad. I restarted the laptop twice to install two of three available driver updates, but one of them continues to fail. I'm about to attempt a third installation, and am on the Dell site to manually update my graphics card, and other devices.

If I updated a few drivers and such, would I have to redo a DxDiag? If so, I have the results ready to copy and paste.

Also, would anyone happen to know why my backup files stopped going to the designated "Backup file" folder, and started saving to my Recovery (D🙂 drive instead? It's in the red for space, and has stopped saving to Backup File since 2012, which is actually empty. I never messed with it. If not, that's quite alright, I'll be inquiring such with the Dell Support page. Thank you for your help. 🙂
