Sims 4 crashes when trying to play/enter Build Mode for lots in Willow Creek

Every time I go to Build Mode or Play for the section that holds the lots of: Streamlet Single, Crick Cabana, Bargain Bend, Daisy Hovel, and Garden Essence, Sims crashes. It shows the loading screen,...

Still says 2012. There probably aren't newer ones then.

As @roberta591 said, you are below minimum requirements with that chip. What settings do you have your game on ?
