sims 4 crashing at loading screen

I attached the DxDiag file below.

For the past couple of days, my game has not made it past the loading screen. I tried clearing the cache and tray files, taking TS4 folder out of my documents and allowing a new one to be made, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and my add-ons, playing offline, removing my mods 50/50, and removing them entirely. All these changes did nothing.

I have more than enough storage on my computer so I'm just really confused

  • @jazzie205  Please remove your mods and keep them removed while troubleshooting.  It's always best to remove any complicating factors until the game is stable again.

If you get another crash when trying to close the pop-up, try launching the game in windowed mode.  Go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open Optiions.ini, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).

For the missing packs, I think at this point, the best approach is to uninstall Sims 4 with Revo as well, and reinstall it.  Before doing so, rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts to something that doesn't include "Sims 4" so Revo doesn't flag it for deletion.
