Sims 4 crashing on Startup

I've done it all. Uninstalled the game, reinstalled, cleared cache, moved mods, repaired the EA app, etc. Nothing works. I click PLAY on Steam, the EA App launches, The Sims 4 launches, and then I do...

    @KrisLegendary  If you have any files in ConfigOverride, please delete them.

    Otherwise, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

    If that doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.

I am able to create a fresh new save and play the game.

    @KrisLegendary  Great, you can start transferring your content from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one.  Start with mods and custom content, if you have any, and test the files in batches, or use the 50/50 method:

    Once you've sorted through your mods and cc, you can transfer your saves and Tray files, plus Screenshots and RecordedVideos if you care about those.  The rest can be discarded, with the exception of UserSettings.ini if you've claimed some login rewards already.
