Like the other person said, you're probably missing the mesh. The content creator basically took some other custom content and modified it to make it look better/ different. So the custom content they modified was the 'mesh'.
Oh, and if you're looking for good custom content then here: <links removed as mod/cc links are not allowed at AHQ. Please just name, then use google to find>
