Sims 4 Dine Out Issues/Missing Items

I recently purchased Dine Out for Sims 4, but I think I messed something up when I didn't save the game after playing the first time opening Dine Out, because the default restaurant is gone and, when trying to build my own restaurant, I can't find the Hostess Station anywhere. I even tried filtering just the Dine Out items and it's not there. So I thought I would try to uninstall and reinstall, hoping this would solve the problem, but it just opened as though I had never uninstalled it...
