    problem solved i did nothing it just started happening after awhile. i already the laundry and and hamper a season went by and then it started working.

Is the hamper one of the three under "Appliances", or is it the decorative hamper? That is extremely important. You need to have the Appliance Hamper.

I've also noticed that the laundry line stops working during the fall and the clothes never get clean any more. The only way to fix the problem is to throw the laundry on the ground and sell the pile. Has anyone else had this happen?
