I have no issues loading your lots but got messages of stuff being removed.
Did you try without cc as well ?

The save is brand new, because i ran into some trouble before so i had to re-install the game. The sim don't own anything other than one apartment in san myshuno. I have tried in other cities and it works. It is only in San Myshuno i face the problem.
It seems it happenes in some other cities too, but not at all buildings. I tried to enter the park in the desert city and i got the same error with another code.
Would you be willing to share your save with me ?
