Sims 4: Error code 801

When I tried to join my Sim to go to the Scientist Career, it show "Cannot load the game. Error code 801: Please restart the game".   I tired to restart, uninstall and reinstall, delete the file:...

    No, I'm not using any mods in the game, and I had tried to repair before I uninstall and reinstall the game, but still cannot solve the problem.

      Could you start a fresh save and see if it works there.


      Sounds a bit that maybe your science lot has corrupted.

      If a new save works, would you be willing to share your broken save game ?

      If so, please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and drop the file to this Mediafire-Link to upload.

      Please make sure to name the zip file with your user name.

        Hi, I started a new sims and a new save, but still cannot join the new sims to go to the Scientist Career. Let me try to reinstall again.
