No, I'm not using any mods in the game, and I had tried to repair before I uninstall and reinstall the game, but still cannot solve the problem.
Could you start a fresh save and see if it works there.
Sounds a bit that maybe your science lot has corrupted.If a new save works, would you be willing to share your broken save game ?
