If you've cleared the cache for the EA app and your expansion still isn't showing as available to install, we'll then need the live support team to look over your accounts and see what's happened with your codes.
You'll first need to gather your proof of purchase for these codes following the steps here. Once you've got your proof of purchase, please create a help case on the site here and attach your screenshots to your help case following these steps. Live support will verify this purchase with you and check these codes to see what's happened with your expansions.
