Sims 4 Expansion Pack not showing up on game

I've just downloaded an expansion pack for my Sims 4 of the Sims website. Does it take a while for it to work because it isn't showing up on my game? It's really stressing me out and I've just spent...

    I got in touch with a member of EA and they informed me that i had them on two separate accounts so he is going to help me transfer it from one account to the other account

All your expansions, game packs and stuff packs go under one picture in Origin. Follow these steps:
- Go to the 'my games' tab in Origin.
- Hover over your 'The Sims 4'.
You'll see a little screen come up with an 'i' and a 'play/download/install' button.
- Click on the 'i', you'll be taken to a different screen.
- Scroll a bit down and there you'll see all your expansions, game packs and stuff packs.
Install the expansions through there.

    When I hover over the game, there is no i. I am soooo confused :/

      Well, you're also following instructions that are more than two years old, confusion might be in order 😉

      Go yo your game library, and click on the Sims 4. After than you can click on extra contant, and your expansion packs will show below.

      If u have just bought it come off the game go on origin and in the bottom right corner you will have notifications.  click on them and press the arrows next to the pack you bougt

      What content is not showing up? From which pack?

      Open your Origin client and go to My Game Library, right-click The Sims 4 and choose Repair.

    I don't get anything when I hover on the sims game. nothing at al and when I click on it I don't get an 'i' ether

      The 'I' isn't around anymore. Try to right-click the game in Origin and choose 'repair game'.

    You save my life! I was in shock when I bought my first pack and it did`t twork also here when you convert $ to bng it is quite the price...THANK YOU !!
