@Neese2297  Do your packs show as owned in the EA App, and if so, does the App think they're installed?  (You can check under Manage > Manage Add-ons.)  Did you originally buy them for PC or for console?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I originally bought the expansion packs on my PS4 console  it keeps saying “you already own this pack” and “download to use “.
