Sims 4 Folder in different location
I deleted the sims 4 a few days ago, and deleted all the files for it off my computer as well. Now, when i redownloaded it this morning, the game appeared in Program Files>EA Games>Sims 4. on top of that, the game doesnt have a mods folder. should i delete and redownload everything again?
@alexhamiltrash1 Program Files > EA Games > The Sims 4 is the default install location for Sims 4. This folder holds the game data, as in, what the EA App installs. This is entirely separate from your user folder.
The Sims 4 user folder is always in Documents > Electronic Arts, but you need to launch the game once to create it. So please do that and look again. If you still don't see the folder, here's how to find it:
