Sims 4 for PlayStation.

I bought the Sims 4 using PlayStation network. Every time I log into my EA or Origin account it says I don’t have the game. I searched every where for the product code and I even called PlayStation and I only have a transaction code. How do I link my Play station 4 Sims 4 to origin with out this code. I didn’t buy a CD, I bought it digitally through the play station store.

@Vonnnnnie The PC and console versions of Sims 4 are considered two different games in many ways, and owning one doesn't give you access to the other one. So there's no way to make the PC version show up in your Origin account just because you bought it on console. Unfortunately, if you want to play on a computer, you'll need to buy the game a second time.
