Sims 4 Froze and won’t Close

Even though is rare, that has happened to me before. My best bet is always ctrl+alt+delete that will take you out from the frozen window, so you can open Task Manager from there, and then close Sims4 from task manager. (find the program, right click and choose "end task")
In any kind of computer related issue, forcing a shutdown should always be your last resort
@Valadenthys Omg thank you this worked!!! Mine freezes very often and I’ve always had to shut my computer down manually and it would always lose progress. Tyyyy now I can resume my game by pressing ctrl alt delete <3!!!
