Sims 4 Game is Lagging/Slow

Hi, Sims 4 Started lagging a while ago for no reason, it was working fine, then the frames dropped, i said whatever, later on i upgraded to an rtx 2070, and an i7 9700k, and it stills lags, i have reinstalled it multiple times, i want to know what is going on.

    Try to disconnect the internet completely. The most probable reason is some program running in the background that connects to the internet. To this day, unfortunately, it is not known what is this program. It can be even Windows itself sending data to Microsoft.
