Sims 4 game keeps crashing after the Life and Death patch

My Sims 4 game keeps crashing after the Life and Death patch. It usually happens during loading screens, and I can't play more than 5 minutes or so before it crashes. These are things I've tried so far:

  • Disabled mods, and emptied the folder.
  • Repaired the game three times.
  • Updated my graphic drivers.
  • Restarted my computer multiple times.
  • Cleaned The Sims 4 file several times.

I've attached the DxDiag file underneath.

    Hi. Thank you. I tried both of those solutions too after reading a few other posts, however they did not seem to work either. I've managed to fix it now by uninstalling the whole game, and reinstalling it!

    @onthita  If you're using ReShade or GShade, please remove it and repair the game (EA App library > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair).  You may be able to reinstall ReShede/GShade, but please test without it, and if you want to add it back, make sure to get the DirectX 11 version.

    If that doesn't help or isn't relevant, please uninstall any Razer apps you have: Cortex, Chroma, whatever you can find.  You may be able to reinstall them as well, but here again, test at least once without them.
