Sims 4 game won't launch after moving the mods folder

@gisellegionne1  Your storage on C is definitely low, but for now, please move Documents back to C to eliminate that as the source of this issue.  Restart your computer and try to play.  Let me know whether the game runs both with and without mods.

From your screenshot, it looks like Sims 4 might have been running, or at least Origin thought it was running: those are the options you see when the game is actually open.
