Attached, no antivirus. VGA drivers are up to date. Windows is freshly installed and up to date.
Windows comes with Windows Defender so you do have antivirus. Did you follow the instructions in the linked thread to add exceptions there?

You have several errors with Windows Store. I suggest you try troubleshooting that. Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store
