Sims 4 Game Won't Load

I have had Sims 4 since before the switch to 64bit. I can only seem to play in 32bit, when I try playing in 64bit it states and error message of [de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b] saying the game ...

    @LegendariYoshi  The "run in 64-bit" option hasn't been around since some old version of Windows; that guide hasn't been updated in a while, I guess.  I don't know that it's related, but your Razer software is crashing quite a lot.  So you may need to run some updates.

    For the error itself, try moving the game's installed files to a new folder, still with Norton disabled.  Create that new folder from scratch; don't use one that's already present.  Clear Origin's cache:

    Then open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Move Game, and choose the new folder.  Origin will take care of the rest, but it's still a good idea to run a game repair afterwards.  Don't reenable Norton until you've tried to launch the game once.

    If that doesn't help, try the same process except in a new admin Windows account.  Make it a local account, as in, don't sign into Microsoft, and don't sync with any other services you normally use.

    I don't know where you've installed Sims 4 now, but please keep it on or move it to your internal drive, not the external.
