Sims 4 Get to Work Doctor Career
How can I keep the doctor from stealing my patients? I am supposed to treat 3 patients in order to get promoted but the doctor comes in every time I start to diagnose and then I can't do anything.

I am on level 3. The doctor is usually at the computer when I come and then finishes whatever they are doing and comes to talk to the patient. Once they finish talking to the patient they go to the computer again. I am now working on examining another pateint and the same thing happens until I leave for the day or I get annoyed enough to make my Sim leave work early.
I'm unsure at what level you actual start to diagnose and give them medication.
Can you examine them at all ? Is the heart over the patients the doctor treats still blue ?
According to Carl's site: http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/careers/gettowork/doctor/ you start diagnosing at level 4 so examine the patients and then transferring the case should still be the way to go at level 3.
What task are you getting in the upper left corner ? Can you do those ?
- I usually have to perform examinations like checking their ears, eyes, and taking their temperature. I'm certain you can treat the patients at level three because I am required to treat 2 or three patients in order to increase performance.
And you can do all these tasks (checking ears), right ?
I will need to try myself although I never had an issue with advancing beyond this.

made it to level 3 and for me it's basically the same as level 2 except I can take X-Rays too.
So, I get to examine the patients, then transfer the case and once they patients have a read heart, I can treat them.
Do you not have any with tread hearts ?
