    Hi @baitnswitchgg & @MeyaMarie02 

    It sounds like you were accessing Get to Work through an active EA Play membership- please look over the order history on your account to verify if you're seeing a separate purchase for Get to Work, or if you were only accessing this pack through an EA Play membership.

I was playing the Sims 4 and needed to restart my game after removing a couple of troubling mods.  After restart, my Get to Work EP was missing.  I had purchased GTW back in June, I know this because I checked my post history in a Sims 4 Facebook group.  Anyways, I checked my purchase history in EA and steam, and my purchase has mysteriously disappeared.  I did contact EA and the rep I chatted with said this was a known issue and they would escalate my report to the appropriate team.  Anyone else having this issue?

It's now a mild inconvenience because of I continue playing without GTW installed, my entire game could be corrupt.  Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon.

@BrownEyedGirl716  Where did you buy Get to Work: directly from EA, in Steam, or from a third party that gave you a code to register?

    I believe it was from EA, as the majority of my EPs are from there.  But I'm not 100% sure.  There is a small chance it could have been on Steam, but definitely not a 3rd party.

      @BrownEyedGirl716  I'll flag your post to someone from EA, but with the holiday weekend, it may take a couple days to get a response.  In the interim, please check your email for a purchase confirmation from either EA or Steam, since knowing where you bought the pack may be useful.  Please also confirm that you never had an EA Play subscription, since that's the other main cause of this issue.
