A while back (about a year or so ago) I had purchased the Get to Work Expansion DLC and have multiple playthroughs with this DLC Expansion along with many others on my EA account. I had to uninstall and re-install the EA app and Sims 4.
I had all of my DLC and Expansions that I have purchased in the past on Sims 4 stay downloaded and in the game except for the Get to Work DLC. It is now nonexistent on my Steam account and my EA account.
I have tried to locate my digital receipts on my Steam and EA account. All of my purchases except for the Get to Work DLC Expansion are listed.
The Get to Work DLC Expansion is nonexistent anywhere or proof I have purchased this DLC except for my playthroughs on my EA account. It shows proof I have indeed owned it before and played with this DLC Expansion. Because of this issue I cannot play most of my existing playthroughs because of content missing from this DLC Expansion now being nonexistent.
I am wondering if there is a way to either,
A. Somehow show proof I have owned the Get to Work DLC on my EA account even though a digital receipt won't pop up anywhere on my Steam or EA account in my purchase history.
B. Somehow get a refund to the card that was charged for this DLC in the past.
I was mostly hoping if there was a way to avoid having to repurchase the Get to Work DLC Expansion for its quite a bit of money that I don't want to pay for twice since I have owned it already.
I had already sent a report to the "EA Help Page" but have not heard a word back. In the "My Case" section on my account it shows no history of reports I have sent. I would really appreciate an answer as to what my options are with this issue.
