Hi, I bought the sims 4 get together from a UK argos store and i put the disk in my pc and everything it got to the code, i inputted the code (aware it is case sensitive) and when i pressed like the confirm button it said my code has been used? can anyone help me with this?
@Messed_Up_Sims Was the case open when you bought it? Was the game sold as used (I don't think so)? Argos is NOT on the EA authorized reseller list so it may be possible that Argos is getting the games from an unauthorized distributor. EA is blacklisting codes that violate the TOS (terms of service). Did you enter the code more then once? The EA system will only accept the code once. If the code is blacklisted you need to contact Argos for a refund or other resolution.
