Sims 4 Get Together No voice, loud music in CAS

Sims 4 Get Together - loud music playing in CAS, cannot hear Sim talk.  Upon entering game, moving Sim into house, Welcome Committee comes and can hear those Sims talking but the resident Sim's voice is very very quiet, almost cannot hear it.  Have to turn volume all the way up on speakers to hear resident Sim, but then it is drowned out by the visitors.  Also, cannot hear Sim alone in house; chose Comedy Channel on TV to hear if she laughed; she opens her mouth like she is laughing but there is no voice.  Repaired game to see if this would help; it did not.
