Were all these expansions bought directly through Origin/the EA app? It sounds like you may have purchased them across two different EA accounts- please check your Order History on your account to verify that. If all your expansions aren't showing in your order history, that means they've been bought on different accounts.
If you find that they were purchased on different accounts, the live support team can take a look into this with you and get everything merged together to one account instead so you can access and play all your expansions together- here on the forums we don't have access to your account details to make these account changes for you.
