im trying to download the sims4 Holiday Celebration Pack, i get as far as paying and it doesnt come up with anything. Ive tried opening it up on orgin to download that way and that doesnt work either as well as opening up on sims 4 itself.
Please tell me how I can get this in my game.
Same here. I followed the instructions exactly and am not getting the new content. It even says the holiday celebration pack is installed in origin, but none of the content is showing up in game. I have restarted the game and rebooted my pc several times. I did an EA support chat and all the tech did was refer me to this board as if I would find the answer here. I did not see any solution for the issue here.
Try deleting your Origin cache or repair the game by right clicking on the game on the Origin client
Are you going through the website or the game ?
Same here - I get to the payment page and it says 'no payment required' but then theres nothing to click to confirm I want to get the game add on ☹️ I've tried in game and through client and website. nothing works.
Did you check the checkbox ? The one where you agree to the TOS ?
