hmm that makes sense. so how do i fix that?
Other than adding RAM if possible (which will of course cost money) or shopping around for a more adequate computer, you can just try playing and see how well it goes.
You can also try getting a refund for the packs you bought (Dine Out should be fine) and play without those.
