@beachfossels One of the problems with installing a game into Documents is that Windows may try to back up the data to OneDrive. Hopefully you haven't installed Sims 4 into Documents > Electronic Arts, because that would cause even more problems.
At any rate, please uninstall Sims 4 with Revo Uninstaller, as described here:
Make sure you rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts to something that doesn't include "Sims 4" in its name. If you did install the game into Documents > Electronic Arts, don't rename this folder; instead, grab the saves and Tray folders and put them somewhere else, then proceed with the uninstall process. The idea here is to preserve your saves and Tray files so Revo doesn't delete them.
Before reinstalling Sims 4, make sure you have 64 GB free storage, or close enough. If you're still missing that 10 GB, don't reinstall yet, just let me know.
