SIms 4 is unable to go online!

Hi all! I am having an issue with the Sims 4 game. I connect to Origin, go to my library and open the Sims 4 game. When it opens in the starting screen there is a message that says "You are offline,...

Did you try to go online through the game options ?

If so, please contact a game advisor to see if everything is fine with your account.
