I know this is an older topic, but I was having this problem earlier and figured out the solution. If you go into Game Options and click Other, there is a box labeledOnline Features Access. If it isn't marked, mark it and Apply Changes. If it is marked and you are having the problem, unmark it, Apply Changes, and then remark the box and Apply Changes again. This worked for me, and I hope it works for anyone else who has this problem in the future!

origin logs online for me, but sims 4 wont, says services offline.
