Sims 4 isn't showing up/ can't get product code

My Sims 4 isn't showing up in my game library in Origin. I tried logging out, but nothing happened. I'm trying to get the product code to activate the game but it's deleted from my emails, and since the game isn't showing up there's no way of me actually playing the game. I also checked my purchase history and it's not there either. I bought the game about a year or two ago, if that helps.

    Give these a try:

    The game no longer shows up in Origin

    Try the following things: 

    • Restart Origin.
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place.
    • Reinstall Origin.
    • Restart your router/modem.
    • Make sure the game isn't hidden by accident. To check, put the filter to Hidden Games. If it's there, right-click on the game to unhide ((click on the spoiler below to view an exemplary screenshot))
